Jordan Roth is a four-time Tony Award winner. Roth is also credited with being a producer and the major owner of Jujamcyn Theaters in New York. He also runs five Broadway theaters, including the St. James, Al Hirschfeld, August Wilson, Eugene O'Neill, and the Walter Kerr. All these make him more well-known for his prominent figure in American theater.
Roth recognizes himself as an openly gay. In June 2003, he met Richie Jackson, a talent manager and executive producer. And they married in September 2012. Jackson is well-known for his contributing writer at The Advocate for their monthly column In Gay We Trust. Actually they met at the 2003 Tony Awards show. Roth was completely fascinated with Jackson when he see him at the first sight. After the award show, the two have a lunch together. And two months later, they began their love story!
