Lady Gaga stole the show on the red carpet in oversized blue frock from Valentino. The daring strapless gown featured puffed, off-the-shoulder sleeves and a massive cascading train that required assistance to lift. What really caught our attention, however, was how she dyed her blonde hair to blue to match the hue of her dress. Needless to say, if there is one person who could do it, it is Gaga.
