Many people find coming to work to be a positive and joyful experience. Nonetheless, there are other aspects of the workplace that can make a person desire to leave occasionally. Some folks may not want to go to work just because it requires them to change out of their pajamas.
Even though you are a manager, you may still choose to stay in your jammies. The obligations placed on this poster are somewhat onerous, yet you do have a level of accountability over your staff that they may not have. Why would somebody want to be at work rather than on vacation? Perhaps, if they didn't have to, arrive early? Perhaps this boss needs to face reality.
