Men Who Think They Know Better

Men Who Think They Know Better

Kim -

It's time for men to listen up and stop mansplaining things to women. It's not that hard to understand that people are complicated, and with billions of us on this planet, effective and respectful communication is essential. Yet, time and time again, men stick their feet in their mouths when it comes to women's bodies and lives. They think they know better, but they don't. It's time for this to stop.

Let's take a look at some of the most outrageous moments of guys thinking they know more about women's bodies and lives than women themselves. It's frankly unbelievable that some of these men are considered to be card-carrying adults.

If Only It Were That Easy

The human body is a wonderful and mysterious thing, and for the most part, women have a basic understanding of how it works. But for those who have to deal with ovulation or the effects of menstruation, there's a bit of additional stuff women have to do every month. Yet, men who don't experience these things seem to have trouble understanding the complexities of our bodies. And even if they claim to know, that doesn't mean they truly understand.

Unlike Netflix, you can't just unsubscribe from a monthly event like a period. However, if it were an option, maybe more people would want to opt out. But until that day comes, it's time for men to stop thinking they know better and start listening to women's experiences and perspectives.
