Check out the sleek and spacious Lisa: a 30ft modern tiny home

Mitchcraft Tiny Homes, a Colorado-based tiny home builder, has recently completed a new model called Lisa, measuring 30 feet long and 10 feet wide. The Lisa model features a sleek and modern exterior with a combination of dark cedar and black metal accents.

Minimalist design and fully equipped

The tiny house is built on a custom gooseneck trailer, which provides additional living space in the bedroom loft above the hitch. Inside, the Lisa has an open-concept living and dining area with tall ceilings and large windows, creating a bright and spacious feel. The living area features a built-in sofa with storage underneath and a fold-down dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, a four-burner propane stove and oven, a sink, and ample storage space. A sliding barn door separates the living area from the bathroom, which includes a full-sized shower, a flush toilet, and a sink.
