Special Design of Vase
For an extended period, the Volkswagen Beetle featured a diminutive, mostly concealed flower vase, possibly as a nod to the iconic car's association in the context of the "Flower Power" movement in the sixties and seventies. This vase, known as "blumenvasen," was commonly attached to the dashboard.

Maybe you don't want to have flowers in your car, but that's okay. It can also be used to place a pen, toothpick, lipstick, or other small items. Blumenvasen is no longer incorporated in the Beetle's design, there are still numerous items available that pay homage to its classic design elements, such as the Kaferfach glovebox.
