When you hear CrossFit, you might picture a gym filled with various workout tools. But guess what? You can still do CrossFit at home, even without all those fancy equipment pieces. Let me show you an example of a great core workout:

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • Ten sit-ups

  • Five push-ups

  • Hold a plank for 45 seconds

  • Ten push-ups

  • Hold a plank for 60 seconds

  • Fifteen sit-ups

  • Rest for 60 seconds between rounds
