4. Boxing Workout

Boxing workouts are fantastic for releasing stress and giving your body an intense workout right at home. The best part? You don't need any fancy equipment to complete a whole session. Here's how to do it:
Jump rope: Get that heart pumping by pretending to jump rope. Just jump in place and move your arms like you're holding an imaginary rope. It's just as effective!
Squat Jumps: Stand with your feet hip-distance apart, then squat down and push your arms forward. Now, jump up like you would in a burpee. Aim for 3 sets of 10 jumps each.
Complex Circuit: Keep things interesting with this circuit. Alternate between three exercises for 3 minutes: first, do high knees (run in place, lifting your knees up high while keeping your arms in front of you), then switch to mountain climbers, and finally, do some burpees.
Variety Of Sit-Ups: Spice up your sit-ups by trying four different types, doing 25 of each. It'll give your core a great workout!
