Nestled amidst the serene beauty of southeastern Texas, stands a humble little cabin that seems to have weathered the test of time for well over a century. Despite its weathered wooden panels and rusted tin roof, which speak of decades of history, the cabin itself is relatively young. It was crafted a few years back in the workshop of Tiny Texas Houses, some 50 miles away, before finding its rightful place on this picturesque plot of land.
For those unacquainted with Texan tiny homes, they are essentially miniature abodes and villas meticulously designed and constructed from reclaimed materials. The folks at Tiny Texas Houses salvage materials by deconstructing old homes and barns, ensuring that over 95% of the materials used are recycled, though modern amenities like wiring and plumbing are incorporated for safety reasons.
The Cowboy Cabin is one of their larger builds, measuring at 12' x 28', occupying a cozy 336 square feet (31.2 square meters). Let's step inside and take a closer look!
